The Synthesizer Academy is an educational site about synthesizers.  It is an ever-growing collection of synthesis tutorials and lessons.  Its content is produced and maintained by the Mostly Modular Trade Association (MMTA), a group of synth manufacturers and enthusiasts dedicated to making electronic music accessible to everybody.
